Dr. Kyle Crandall

DMD

Dr. Kyle Crandall grew up in Wyoming before coming to St. George for his undergraduate studies. Here, he met his wife, and they now have four wonderful children. Following graduation from Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University), he received his DMD degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (Go Cards!). From 2018-2022, he served in the US Army, providing oral health care for the men and women who serve our great country.

Dr. Crandall believes skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, he stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor, he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is just one reason why he values each and every patient relationship.

Dr. Blaze Krogh

Born and raised in Georgia, Dr. Blaze earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia — Go Dawgs! After graduation, he felt the call to head west and made the move to Utah, where he met his wife, Savannah. Together, they now have three amazing children.

Dr. Blaze earned his dental degree from Roseman University in 2021. Following graduation, he proudly served in the United States Army from 2021–2026. During his service, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Fort Benning, where he trained alongside dental specialists and gained experience in advanced procedures that he continues to use in practice today.

Dr. Blaze understands that visiting the dentist isn't everyone's favorite activity — and that's okay. To him, the foundation of exceptional dentistry is trust. His goal is to help every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care. You can count on Dr. Blaze to recommend the treatment that's best for your unique situation and deliver it with skill, compassion, and professionalism — so you can get back to what matters most.
